Max Wagner's Walk-Off Grand Slam Caps Crazy Comeback Win
FRISCO, Texas - Despite not scoring until the sixth inning, the Frisco RoughRiders beat the San Antonio Missions behind seven unanswered runs punctuated by a Max Wagner walk-off grand slam in a 7-3 final at Riders Field Wednesday night.
Both starters set the first six hitters they faced down in order and then San Antonio (19-22, 50-60) scored on a Carson Tucker triple in the third inning against Frisco (21-20, 60-48) starter D.J. McCarty.

Warbirds Come from Behind Four Times in Walk-Off Win
WILSON, N.C. - The Wilson Warbirds walked off the Columbia Fireflies 5-4 in 11 innings after falling behind four different times on Wednesday night at Wilson Ballpark.
Columbia (55-53, 21-21 second half) took a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning on a nifty double steal.
Wilson (57-50, 21-20 second half) tied the game at one in the bottom of the second inning when Rylan Mills launched a solo home run off the scoreboard in left field.
The Fireflies scored another small-ball run in the top of the third, taking a 2-1 lead on an Enderson Mercado balk.

Woodpeckers Sweep Doubleheader with Walk-Off and Shutout
Fayetteville, NC - The Fayetteville Woodpeckers (55-52, 23-19 2nd Half) swept a doubleheader from the Fredericksburg Nationals (67-42, 23-20) on Wednesday night, walking off game one 5-4 in the ninth inning, then shutting out Fredericksburg 4-0 over seven innings in the night cap. The winning night keeps Fayetteville in first place by a half game in the north division over Salem.

Amick Blasts 29th Big Fly, Suero Homers, Binghamton Collects 16 Hits in Ninth Straight Win
PORTLAND, Maine - The Binghamton Rumble Ponies (19-22) won their ninth consecutive game behind 16 hits to defeat the Portland Sea Dogs (22-19), 13-5 at Delta Dental Park at Hadlock Field on Wednesday night.
Over the first two games of the series against the Sea Dogs, the Rumble Ponies have 31 hits and 29 runs scored. The nine-game win streak is tied for the fifth-longest win streak in Binghamton Double-A history, and they are 10-1 in the month of August.
Binghamton has scored in the first inning in six of their last eight games and took a 1-0 lead tonight in the first frame.
